With a background in multigenerational practice and psychodynamic therapy, I appreciate how each life phase brings us to new questions and challenges. My work is rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, creative and spiritual approaches to holistic mental health. Therapy with me can include grounding, guided meditation and visualization, Reiki, and spiritual practice based on your unique path. I offer a number of options for therapy, including brief, focused therapy, intensive therapy (2-3x per week), and longer term work. I am dedicated to serving BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities and to evolving my social justice lens.
